About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a full-time Dentist to join our team at a community-focused health clinic in Mauston, WI. This organization provides comprehensive dental care to underserved populations, offering a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The clinic is part of a network dedicated to improving access to quality healthcare, including oral health services, in small-town and rural communities.

Mauston is a charming city in central Wisconsin, known for its welcoming community, scenic natural surroundings, and excellent quality of life. Schedule:

• Hours vary between 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Friday.

• Full-time providers typically work a 40-hour week, in either 4–10 hour or 5–8 hour shifts, with a 30–60 minute lunch break and two hours of administrative time per week.

• Daily schedules are developed collaboratively with the clinical chief and provider, under the oversight of the Practice Manager.

• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (extended hours coming soon on Mondays and Thursdays).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $200,000 – $215,000

• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Yes

• Retirement Plan: 401(k) with up to 5% match

• Life Insurance: Coverage up to 2x salary, max $250,000

• Loan Repayment: Eligible for NHSC

• CME: $2,500 annually + 5 paid days
