Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and compassionate General Dentist to lead a well-established solo practice with a loyal and growing patient base. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a respected office supported by a dedicated and experienced clinical team.

This practice provides high-quality, affordable dental care to a diverse patient population and offers a full range of services, including general, restorative, cosmetic, emergency, and sedation dentistry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinical team in providing comprehensive dental care
  • Perform general and pediatric procedures including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, sedation, and periodontal treatments
  • Educate patients on oral health and develop customized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education

Qualifications:

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school or residency program
  • Active state dental license and DEA certification
  • Minimum of two years of professional clinical experience preferred
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills with a patient-first mindset
  • Experience in sedation dentistry or willingness to train is a plus
