Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and compassionate General Dentist to lead a well-established solo practice with a loyal and growing patient base. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a respected office supported by a dedicated and experienced clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinical team in providing comprehensive dental care
- Perform general and pediatric procedures including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, sedation, and periodontal treatments
- Educate patients on oral health and develop customized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education

Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school or residency program
- Active state dental license and DEA certification
- Minimum of two years of professional clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical and leadership skills with a patient-first mindset
- Experience in sedation dentistry or willingness to train is a plus
