General Dentist – Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join a well-established, family-oriented dental practice. This opportunity offers clinical autonomy, excellent income potential, and the flexibility to choose full-time (3–5 days per week) or part-time (2–3 days per week) schedules.
What You’ll Experience:
- Established, reputable practice serving the community since 1989
- Comprehensive dental care for adults and children
- Wide range of services including:
- General and restorative dentistry
- Crowns and bridges
- Dentures
- Porcelain veneers
- Root canal therapy
- Oral surgery
- Implants
- Clear aligners
- Fully digital environment with advanced technology, including CBCT
- Consistent flow of new patients each month
- Patient mix: 75% PPO / 25% Fee-for-Service
- Competitive earning potential, including the opportunity to earn above market averages
- $50,000 sign-on bonus with a four-day work week commitment

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all ages

- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold clinical excellence
Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school or residency program
- Active Texas dental license and DEA certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical proficiency and attention to detail
