• Reason for need: High patient volume, additional Dentist needed to meet Demand
• Start Date: ASAP
• Modern Office, desirable area
• 6-8 Operatories
• Support Staff: 1 Dentist, 2 Dental Assistants – No hygienist initially
• On average, 10-15 patients per day
• Primarily adults, 80%
• Primarily PPO, Some private insurance
• Comprehensive Dentistry procedures including but not limited to Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Endo, Extractions, and Implants

• 6- month daily guarantee or % of
• Top producing Dentist earning $500-800k annually
• Average production in each practice, $80-250k per month
