Job Description
I’m partnering with a group operating multiple practices across the greater Atlanta, GA area, seeking a permanent General Dentist. Let me know if you or a colleague would like to learn more about these opportunities. Referral bonus available!
Position:
- Technology-enabled clinical environment designed to support efficiency and quality
- Full-time General Dentist and Orthodontist typically share the same location
- Supported by a Registered Dental Hygienist, 1–2 Dental Assistants, and access to on-site specialists (oral surgery, perio, endo, etc.)
- Typical Schedule: Monday–Thursday
- Primarily adults
- Average daily volume: 8–10 patients per day
- Procedures are bread-and-butter dentistry, with flexibility to focus on procedures aligned with each dentist’s comfort level and expertise
- Payor mix is approximately 70–80% PPO, 20–30% fee-for-service; no HMO or Medicaid
- AI-driven clinical documentation, digital radiography and CBCT imaging systems, intraoral scanners (iTero or 3Shape), electric handpieces, ergonomic chairs, and paperless EHR platforms
Offering:
- Tiered production-based compensation plan: 30–35% of production
- 3–6 month daily guarantee: $700–$900
