General Dentist – Permanent Opportunity

Location: Alexandria, MN

We are seeking a General Dentist to join a modern, high-performing practice in Alexandria, MN. This is a permanent position offering strong clinical support, excellent earning potential, and a collaborative environment focused on quality patient care.

Practice & Schedule

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday
• Number of operatories: 14
• Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 8–15 patients per day
• Operatories: 12
• Payors: Private Insurance, Fee-for-Service, and Medicaid

Clinical Scope

• Full-scope general dentistry including:
  • Fillings
  • SDF
  • Extractions
  • Endodontic treatment
  • Crowns
  • Complete & Partial Dentures
• Complicated extractions and advanced endodontics are referred out
• Community-focused clinic environment
• Mentorship available
• All experience levels welcome, including new graduates

Support Staff

• Dental Assistants
• Hygienists
• Care Coordinators
• Sterile Tech
• Office Management & Administrative Support
• Streamlined internal processes allow providers to focus on patient care

Technology

• State-of-the-art facility
• EMR: Dentrix Ascend
• Ongoing investment in new technology based on provider needs

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Salary or production, whichever is higher
  • New Graduate Base Salary: $215,000 – $220,000
  • Experienced Dentist Base Salary: $260,000
• Earning Potential: $375,000 – $400,000+ annually
• Proven production-based success among current providers

Compensation Structure Options:

• W-2: 33% production, benefits included, CE stipend
• 1099: 37% production, CE stipend included
• PLLC: 40% production

Additional Benefits:

• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Employer pays 50% of health insurance
• 401(k) with 5% match

• Lab fees paid at cost
• Paid time off:
  • 2 weeks earned safe/sick time
  • 6 holidays
  • 1–2 full weeks at Christmas
  • Every Friday off (approximately 15–16 additional weeks per year)

Licensure Requirements

• Active Minnesota Dental License
• Credentialing assistance available
• Medicaid
