Practice Overview
- Multi-doctor practice in a newer facility with digital technology.
- No in-house sedation or lab work; collaborates with preferred external labs.
- Fully staffed with hygienists and support team.
- Treats patients of all ages; specialized cases referred out.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
- Uses Dentrix Acend software.
- Ideal for newer dentists; current doctors are keen to mentor.
Compensation Overview
- 300K Potential
- Base salary plus bonus.
- Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision insurance, 401K, Malpractice liability, annual association dues, online Spears education, and license fee coverage.
- Signing bonus including relocation assistance of $10,000.
- PTO of 16 days.
- 7 national holidays off.
- Student Loan Repayment if Needed.
