Job Description
ABOUT THE POSITION:
A well-established, doctor-led dental group is seeking a General Dentist to join their team in Shelby, NC. This will be a modern, fully equipped practice designed to support a wide range of general dentistry services.

4-day work week

Collaborative 2-doctor practice model

General dentistry with opportunities for implant placement (office already equipped with Pan)

8 operatories with strong clinical support team, including 2 hygienists and 2 dental assistants

Patient base primarily includes cash and insured patients (no Medicaid)

Average of 12–15 patients per day, plus hygiene checks
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Daily minimum guarantee transitioning to 30–32% of adjusted production
