We are seeking a clinically confident General Dentist for a 3-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina, starting Nov 11, 2025. The role runs Tuesday through Thursday with 8am-3:30pm shifts. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional patient care and is comfortable using Dentrix for dental records.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver comprehensive general dentistry care, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix
  • Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and safety standards
  • Collaborate with dental assistants and other clinic staff for coordinated patient care

Additional Information
  • Must hold an active North Carolina dental license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • DEA registration required
  • Demonstrated ability to create an exceptional patient experience
