Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dentist for an 11-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin, starting Nov 4, 2025. The role offers a focused schedule with shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7am to 5pm, and Fridays from 7am to 12pm. The selected provider will serve as the sole practitioner and must be skilled in extractions, dentures, and general dentistry procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the sole dental provider for all scheduled shifts
- Perform general dentistry procedures, including extractions and dentures
- Deliver comprehensive dental care to patients
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
- Maintain a safe and effective clinical environment
Additional Information
- Minimum 1+ years of general dentistry experience required
- Must hold an active Wisconsin dental license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certifications are required
