Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Dentist for a 16-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana starting Nov 25, 2025. This position features a Monday through Thursday schedule with varying daily hours. Candidates must hold an active Indiana dental license and possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive dental care and treatment to patients
- Conduct examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and create treatment plans
- Perform procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and restorations
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to clinic protocols and infection control standards
Additional Information
- Active Indiana dental license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years professional dental experience preferred
