General Dentist — Lead Role | Modern Practice | $25k Sign-on | $60k Retention Bonus

Bring your skills to a tech-forward practice where you’ll lead the team, keep more care in-house, and grow fast—all on a predictable 4-day work week with strong patient demand.

Schedule: Full-time (W-2) · Mon 8:30–5; Tue–Thu 6:45–3:30
Tech & Tools: CBCT, digital scanner, digital X-rays, lasers; Dentrix
Your Impact: Lead the practice; autonomy for endo/surgery/implants; ~15 pts/day, ~10 hygiene checks
Comp: Daily guarantee + 30–34% net collections (tiered)
