We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a 3-day locum tenens assignment as the sole provider in Indiana, starting Nov 10, 2025. This role focuses on general dentistry, including extractions and dentures, with a schedule spanning Monday through Saturday and special holiday hours. Candidates must have at least one year of experience and current BLS and DEA certifications.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the sole dental provider during the assignment
• Perform general dentistry procedures, including extractions and dentures
• Deliver patient care in accordance with clinical standards and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all patient encounters
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements

Additional Information

• Must have an active Indiana dental license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in general dentistry required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications required
