We are seeking a General Dentist for a 5-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana beginning Dec 23, 2025. This short-term opportunity features day shifts with a focused holiday week schedule. The dentist will serve as the sole provider, performing extractions, dentures, and comprehensive general dentistry services.

• Schedule: Mon-Tues 8am-5pm, Dec 24 and Dec 31 8am-1pm, Dec 23-24, 29-31

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the sole dental provider for the assignment period
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
• Conduct routine and complex extractions
• Fabricate and fit dentures as needed
• Deliver a broad range of general dentistry procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Ensure adherence to clinic protocols and infection control standards

Additional Information

• Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Indiana
• Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), DEA registration
