About the Position:

Confidential Opening – Experienced General Dentist

A well-established, family-oriented dental practice in Rogers, Arkansas is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join our growing team.

We are looking for a clinician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in all aspects of general dentistry who is comfortable performing extractions and endodontic procedures. Our goal is to provide comprehensive care and retain as many procedures in-house as possible.

The incoming dentist will work alongside a supportive clinical team that includes one full-time and one part-time hygienist, as well as experienced assistants and administrative staff. The practice has a loyal patient base, modern technology, and a strong reputation in the community for quality, compassionate care.

Schedule:

• 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)

• Current hours: Mon–Tue 8 AM–5 PM; Wed–Thu 7 AM–4 PM (flexibility available)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (no new graduates)

• Proficiency in general dentistry, including restorative, endo, and surgical extractions

• Willingness to participate with Delta Dental and other PPO insurance plans

About the Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation:

• $900 daily guarantee for the first 5 months

• Transition to 34% of net collections thereafter

• $10,000 sign-on bonus
