A Little About Your Day

You'll have the opportunity to focus on what you do best: providing excellent dental care while helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.

• See approximately 8 scheduled patients per day, allowing time to build relationships and deliver thoughtful care.
• Provide preventive hygiene services, cleanings, periodontal assessments and therapy, radiographs, sealants, and fluoride treatments.
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide when appropriate and within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral health and help them feel empowered to maintain healthy smiles.
• Collaborate with an experienced, welcoming dental team that values communication and teamwork.
• Care for patients of all ages and backgrounds in an organization dedicated to serving its community.

You'll work in an established, well-equipped dental clinic, with facilities ranging from 9 to 17 operatories depending on location.

Who Would Be a Great Fit?

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in providing quality dental care, and appreciates being part of a positive, team-oriented workplace.

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current Minnesota RDH license/registration
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach
• Friendly, compassionate, and comfortable working with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required!
