  • Compensation: $800–$1,400 daily guarantee for the first 90 days, transitioning to 30–40% tiered collections

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on patient comfort and clinical excellence

    • Deliver consistent daily production ($4,000+ target) with precision and integrity

    • Work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

    • Participate in ongoing education, feedback, and performance improvement initiatives

    Qualifications

    • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution

    • Active New York dental license (or eligibility for licensure)

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Commitment to teamwork, reliability, and continuous learning

    Working Hours

    • Full-time schedule, 5–6 days per week preferred

    • Flexible scheduling may be available depending on location
