Compensation: $800–$1,400 daily guarantee for the first 90 days, transitioning to 30–40% tiered collections

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on patient comfort and clinical excellence

Build lasting patient relationships and promote trust through education and empathy

Deliver consistent daily production ($4,000+ target) with precision and integrity

Work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution

Active New York dental license (or eligibility for licensure)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
