ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:

4 Different Locations Available!
Ogden, Park City, North Ogden, Providence

Start Date: Dec/Jan-Ongoing
Schedule: 3x 12s, 4x10s, or 5x 8s (will look at any schedule availability)
Avg Patients/day: 12-18
Ages: all ages, mostly adults
Cases: Bread and butter general dentistry
Credentialing: 1 Week


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Active UT License

Dentist

General Dentistry

DDS/DMD

Locums/Travel

Clinic/Private Practice
