ABOUT THE POSITION

A well-established group dental practice in Charlotte, NC is seeking a General Dentist to join its team. This modern, fully equipped office supports a comprehensive scope of general dentistry and offers a strong clinical environment for a motivated provider.

Position Highlights:

• 4-day work week

• Collaborative 2-doctor practice model

• Bread-and-butter general dentistry with opportunities for implant placement (office equipped with Pan)

• 8 operatories with a strong clinical support team, including 2 hygienists and 2 dental assistants

• Patient mix primarily includes cash and insured patients (no Medicaid)

• Average of 12–15 patients per day, plus hygiene checks

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Competitive daily minimum guarantee transitioning to 30–32% of adjusted production
