We are seeking an experienced General Dentist for a long-term locum tenens assignment in Ohio. This opportunity begins on Dec 1, 2025, with an assignment length of 72 days and features a Monday through Thursday schedule, 8am to 5pm. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality general dentistry care, connect well with patients, and preferably have experience or interest in endodontics, though this is not required. Proficiency with Dentrix dental software is important, and a flexible approach to hours may be considered depending on travel needs.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services, including exams, diagnoses, and treatments
- Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions
- Manage restorative dental cases as needed
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Utilize Dentrix for patient records and treatment planning
- Maintain high standards of infection control and safety
- Foster positive relationships and communication with patients
Additional Information
- Active Ohio dental license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
- Endodontics experience preferred, but not required
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Dentrix is preferred
