Dentist
Central Valley
Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: Monday - Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm. No weekends or call.
- Ideal Work Environment: Work in a well-equipped clinic with 3-5 operatories and modern dental software. No high-pressure quotas.
- Culture & Support: Staff includes RDAs, DAs, and strong assistant support with a collaborative team dynamic.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: Base salary of $160,000 - $170,000, plus production incentives.
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 + $5,000 relocation assistance
- Full Benefits: Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Eligible Dental HPSA
- Professional Development, Professional Growth: CME stipend
- Additional Benefits: 3 weeks PTO to start plus sick leave
Qualifications:
- Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Licensure: Active California license
- Skillset: Comfortable performing preventative and basic restorative procedures.
- Experience: Open to experienced and newer graduates interested in community health and team-based care.
