Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Dentist for a 32-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin, starting Jan 5, 2026. This role features Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday shifts from 7 AM to 5 PM, as well as Wednesday shifts from 9 AM to 6 PM. The dentist will serve as the sole provider, focusing on extractions, dentures, and a full range of general dentistry procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the sole provider for all dental care needs during the assignment
- Perform dental extractions and fabricate or fit dentures
- Deliver a broad scope of general dentistry procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards of care
Additional Information
- Active Wisconsin dental license required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general dentistry
- Must hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certifications
