Job Description
We are seeking a General Dentist for a 3-day locum tenens assignment in Tennessee, starting Dec 22, 2025. This sole provider role requires expertise in general dentistry, including extractions and dentures, with a schedule of Monday-Tuesday 8am-6pm and Wednesday 7am-1pm. Candidates must hold an active Tennessee dental license, a current TN DEA with all schedules, and Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the sole dental provider onsite

- Ensure compliance with all practice standards and regulatory requirements
Additional Information
- Must have an active Tennessee dental license
- Must have a current TN DEA with all schedules at time of submission
