Job Description
We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist for a high-volume locum tenens assignment in California starting Dec 23, 2025. This 4-week opportunity involves treating pediatric patients with a busy schedule including daytime shifts from Monday to Wednesday and one shift on Friday, as outlined below.

- Dec 23 (Tuesday): 9am–6pm
- Dec 29 (Monday): 9am–6pm
- Dec 30 (Tuesday): 9am–6pm
- Dec 31 (Wednesday): 8am–5pm
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide dental care to pediatric patients in a high-volume practice
- Perform diagnostic examinations, preventive care, and treatment planning for children
- Deliver restorative and therapeutic dental procedures as appropriate for the pediatric population
- Educate pediatric patients and their families on oral health and preventive practices
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Collaborate with dental assistants and other team members to ensure quality care
Additional Information
- Must be licensed to practice dentistry in California
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric dentistry experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to manage a patient load of 40–50 pediatric patients per day
