Job Description

We are seeking a General Dentist for an 18-day locum tenens assignment in Texas, starting Dec 15, 2025. This opportunity covers a variety of day shifts through Jan 19, 2026, including early start times and half-day schedules. The successful candidate will deliver a full range of general dentistry services in a dynamic clinical environment and must be comfortable with restorative and basic surgical procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and endodontic procedures if possible
  • Perform simple extractions and prescribe medications as needed
  • Manage patient care and provide recommendations for ongoing treatment
  • Utilize Dentrix for patient documentation and record keeping
  • Collaborate with dental team to ensure effective workflow and patient safety

Additional Information
  • Active Texas dental license required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certifications required
  • Experience with Dentrix dental software preferred
