We are seeking an experienced General Dentist for a 39-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Connecticut, starting Dec 17, 2025. This opportunity features a Monday through Friday schedule with varied hours and involves providing general dentistry services. Proficiency with Dentrix is required, and the dentist should be comfortable delivering high-quality care in a dynamic setting.

- Provider Type Needed: General Dentist
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 9am-2pm; additional dates include Dec 17, Dec 23, and Dec 31 (half day 8:30am-1pm). Starting Jan 5, Monday-Friday coverage needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver routine dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, and extractions
- Restore teeth using crowns, bridges, and dentures as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Utilize Dentrix software for patient records and treatment documentation
- Collaborate effectively with dental assistants and hygienists
- Maintain compliance with all clinic protocols and safety standards
Additional Information
- Valid Connecticut dental license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
- Demonstrated experience in general dentistry
- Strong communication and patient care skills
