Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dentist for a locum tenens assignment in Minnesota starting Jan 5, 2026. This role offers a 120-day contract, with a schedule of 8-hour shifts across 4 days per week. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of general dentistry experience, as well as a background working with Indian Health Services, a tribe, or tribal organizations.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
- Deliver care in alignment with the needs of tribal or Indian Health Services settings
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
- Conduct routine dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, and extractions
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Adhere to all clinical and organizational protocols
Additional Information
- Active Minnesota dental license required
- Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and DEA certifications required
- Minimum 3-5 years of general dentistry experience preferred
- Preference for candidates with prior experience in IHS, tribal, or tribal organization settings
