Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a 2-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana. This short-term opportunity begins Jan 7, 2026, with shifts scheduled Wednesday from 7am to 4pm and Friday from 7am to 2pm. The Dentist will serve as the sole provider, delivering general dentistry care with a focus on extractions and dentures.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the sole dental provider during the assignment
- Perform general dentistry procedures, including extractions and dentures

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with all relevant dental regulations and infection control standards
Additional Information
- Active Indiana dental license required
- Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in general dentistry with proficiency in extractions and dentures
