Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including Invisalign, implant restorations, extractions, and root canals

• Conduct some hygiene work as needed

• Carry out crown and bridge work, endodontic procedures, and other general dentistry tasks

• Maintain a case acceptance rate of 65% or higher

• Achieve a 30% or higher patient diagnosis for periodontal treatments, aiming for 2 scaling and root planing procedures per day

• Meet or exceed the average production goal of $3000 per day

• Ensure a 50% or higher rate of full mouth X-rays (FMX) for new patients

• Provide comprehensive care and avoid unnecessary referrals

• Demonstrate efficiency in procedure completion times

• Show genuine care towards patients and contribute to practice growth

• Utilize DentrixAscend software for patient management

• Experience with DentrixAscend is preferred
