Position Highlights:
Work-Life Balance:
- Clinic operates Monday–Friday with flexibility for a 4x10 schedule (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday).

- Well-established, high-volume multi-operatory clinic with strong clinical and administrative infrastructure.

- The clinic features 21 operatories and a collaborative care model supported by a dedicated site manager overseeing day-to-day operations.
Favorable Call Schedule:
- No call, no weekends.
Culture & Support:
- Each site has a dedicated site manager. The clinic is staffed with 10 dentists, 2 RDHs, 20 dental assistants, and 2 sterile techs, ensuring robust clinical support (each dentist supported by two DAs).
Professional Growth Opportunities:
- Senior leadership role with significant influence over clinical operations, quality initiatives, and provider development.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Compensation:
- Full-time, salary/exempt position with compensation up to $230,000, based on experience:
Additional Bonus Incentives:
- Quality- and performance-based incentives aligned with organizational goals.
Sign-On Bonus, Retention Bonus:
- $15,000–$20,000 sign-on bonus, paid as a lump sum with the first paycheck.

Qualifications:
Degree:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Certifications:
Board eligibility/certification as required by state regulations.
Licensure:
Active or eligible for dental licensure in the state of Washington.
Skillset:
Strong clinical leadership, quality assurance expertise, mentoring capabilities, and experience leading multidisciplinary dental teams.
Experience:
Progressive clinical experience with demonstrated leadership, administrative oversight, and provider supervision.
