Job Description
We are seeking a General Dentist for a locum tenens assignment in Arizona. This 1-day opportunity begins on Dec 18, 2025, with coverage needed Monday through Friday across varying daytime hours. The dentist will serve as the sole provider, performing general dentistry procedures including extractions and dentures.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the sole dental provider during the assignment
- Perform general dentistry procedures, including examinations and diagnoses
- Conduct extractions and fabricate or fit dentures
- Deliver patient care in accordance with best practices and clinical protocols
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
Additional Information
- Must have an active Arizona dental license
- Minimum 1 year of general dentistry experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
