Coverage Type: Retirement coverage (temp-to-perm preferred)
Start Date: ASAP (late December / early January)
Schedule: 4 days per week
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Practice Overview
Practice Type: Busy, bread-and-butter general dentistry with a strong cosmetic focus
Average Patient Volume: 10–12 patients per day
Patient Population: All ages (pediatric through geriatric)
Operatories: 4 chairs, 2 doctors
Support Staff
2 full-time hygienists
3 part-time hygienists
1 dental assistant
1 front desk coordinator
1 office manager
Clinical Scope
Required/Preferred Procedures:
Fillings, crowns, bridges
Cosmetic dentistry (veneers, bonding, whitening)
Tooth-colored restorations
Gingival sculpting & tooth contouring
Post & core
Oral ID
Family dentistry
The broader the procedural skill set, the better
Strong emphasis on cosmetic dentistry
