Job Description

We are seeking a General Dentist for a 59-day locum tenens opportunity in Arkansas, starting Mar 30, 2026. This assignment features a Monday through Thursday, 8am-5pm schedule and requires proficiency with extractions, dentures, and endodontic procedures. The ideal candidate will be prepared for a range of dental cases and comfortable managing both simple and surgical extractions.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform general dentistry procedures, including surgical and simple extractions as well as endodontic treatments
  • Evaluate and manage cases involving dentures and full-mouth extractions
  • Clearly communicate any limitations regarding extractions before starting the assignment
  • Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory requirements
  • Ensure a high standard of care and patient safety
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic clinical environment
  • Hold an active DEA registration with all schedules

Additional Information
  • Must hold an active dental license in Arkansas
  • At least 1 year of experience in general dentistry, including extractions and dentures
  • Board certification is not required
