Schedule (No Call)
- 4 days/week | 10-hour shifts
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday–Friday schedule after required training
- No after-hours call
Position Overview
The Dentist provides comprehensive dental services to residents of the Supported Living Center and select community-based individuals. This role emphasizes safe, ethical practice, advanced dental care, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine and advanced dental care to improve oral health outcomes
- Implement best and safest clinical practices
- Complete timely and accurate charting using electronic medical and dental records
- Develop written treatment plans with justification for irreversible procedures
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
- Communicate clinical information clearly and professionally
- Comply with CMS standards, HHSC rules, MSSLC policies, and facility SOPs
- Operate with minimal supervision while maintaining high clinical standards
