- Dates: 1/12/26-3/27/26
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, (7:30am huddle) 8-5pm / Friday, (6:30am huddle) 7-1pm
- EXPERIENCE LEVEL REQUIRED: 3+ years
- HOW MANY DOCS IN OFFICE: 3 Total, including this replacement
- Staff: DA: 8-9, HYG: 8-9
- # OPS: 16
- OM NAME/TENURE: Andrea McCord/Approximately 2 years
- NECESSARY PROCEDURE MIX: Bread & butter dentistry – this is a Family Practice
- INSURANCE MIX; %PPO/DMO/MEDICAD: FFS/PPO Only
- AVERAGE MONTHLY PRODUCTION PER GP: $80K - $120K
- AVERAGE #NEW PATIENTS PER MONTH: 120+
- AVERAGE PATIENT FLOW (TREATMENT/HYG CHECKS): 8-10 per GP each
- TECHNOLOGY/ITERO/CEREC/CBCT/PAN: CBCT, Itero, 3D Printer, Cerec, Pano
