Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a 13-week locum tenens assignment in Arkansas, starting Feb 3, 2026. This role offers a consistent day schedule, Monday shifts from 7:30am to 5:00pm, with a focus on general dentistry, extractions, dentures, and comprehensive treatment planning. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience and is expected to perform both simple and surgical extractions, as well as manage crown and bridge procedures.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Mondays, 7:30am–5:00pm (Feb 3, 10, 17, 24; Mar 3, 10, 17, 24, 31; Apr 7, 14, 21, 28)

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform surgical and simple dental extractions, including full mouth extractions as required
  • Complete all steps for denture fabrication and fitting
  • Conduct crown and bridge procedures
  • Provide comprehensive dental treatment planning for patients
  • Notate any procedure limitations as part of the clinical presentation

Additional Information
  • Current license to practice dentistry in Arkansas required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant dental experience
  • Comfortable with a range of extraction procedures and restorative dentistry
