Our Community Health Center is seeking a mission-driven Dentist to join our growing team in Thibodaux, LA. This role replaces a retiring part-time dentist and offers the opportunity to step into strong patient demand, with room to shape the program—including the potential to create a Chief Dental Officer role.
Position Highlights
- Salary: $210K–$230K
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
- Student Loan Assistance: $30,000
- Full benefits + occurrence-based malpractice
- Status: Full-time or part-time; 1099 also available
- Benefits Eligibility: 0.8 FTE for prorated benefits
🦷 Clinical Expectations
- 15–20 patients/day
- Full-scope general dentistry with both adults + pediatrics available
- Design your own practice
- High need for:
- Extractions
- Crowns
- Additional skills welcomed:
- Preventative care
- Root canals
- Dentures
Schedule
- Clinic Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
- 4- or 5-day workweek
