Locums Tenens General Dentist Needed in Wisconsin
Location: Platteville, Wisconsin 53818
Assignment Dates: February 9th through April 3rd, 2026
Schedule/Shifts: Monday, 8 AM-3:30 PM, Tuesday 8 AM-4:30 PM, Wednesday 8 AM -4:30 PM, Thursday, 8 AM-2:30 PM
Patient Volume: 15 -18 includes 3-5 hygiene checks
Patient Type: 85% adults - 15% Peds
Procedures: Bread and butter general dentistry including crowns, fillings, hygiene checks
Support Staff: 1 hygienist, 3 dental assistants
Type of Charting: Dentrix
Insurance: Delta Dental Premier
Requirements: Wisconsin dental license, BLS, (CSR/DEA preferred but not needed)
Reason for Need: Maternity Leave
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
Pay Rate: Negotiable
Travel and Lodging Provided? Mileage reimbursement and Lodging provided
