- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Employment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)
- Coverage Type: Additional Support

Practice Overview
- Support Staff: 17 total (including 7 hygienists)
- Patient Population: Adults & some cooperative pediatrics
- EMR: Dentrix
- Practice Notes: Office is transitioning from a multi-doctor model to a single provider, creating strong need for consistent locum coverage.
Cases & Procedures
- Fillings, crowns, bridges
- Full & partial dentures
- Root canals
- Simple & surgical extractions
- Invisalign
- Hygiene checks
- Implant placement & restoration
Wave One Rotary and Invisalign experience preferred but not required. Providers may refer out complex cases as needed. Strong patient education and bedside manner are highly valued.
