Hiring Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Location: Potosi, MO (on-site)
Pay: $40–$48/hour
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
Schedule: 4x10s, Monday–Thursday, 6:30am–5:00pm (negotiable)

Position Summary
Integrative and community-centric clinic serving an underserved patient population is hiring an RDH for its Potosi, MO location. Mission-driven setting focused on access to care and patient education; not production-focused dentistry.
Clinic Environment
- State-of-the-art facility with quality equipment
- 14 fully functioning dental operatories
- Panoramic/CBCT and digital imaging
Daily Volume / Support
- 15–20 patients per day
- Mix of pediatric and adult patients
- Dedicated hygiene assistant support
Core Responsibilities
- Provide preventive hygiene care (prophy, periodontal maintenance, fluoride/sealants per protocol/provider direction)
- Take and document diagnostic-quality digital radiographs; complete periodontal charting and clinical documentation
- Deliver patient education on oral hygiene and disease prevention with an access-to-care mindset
- Maintain infection control, sterilization standards, and operatory readiness
- Collaborate with the dental team to support efficient clinic flow and continuity of care
Required Qualifications
- Active Missouri RDH license (in good standing)
- Strong patient communication and documentation discipline
Compensation and Benefits
- $40–$48/hour
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
