A highly productive, well-established dental practice in South Bend, Indiana is seeking a General Dentist to step into a busy office with strong systems, advanced technology, and significant growth opportunity.

Practice Highlights

• $2.1M in annual collections; ~$217K average monthly production
• 7 operatories with a 2,200 active patient base
• Strong hygiene mix (30% hygiene / 70% doctor)
• 3 hygienists, 3 dental assistants, fully staffed and efficient
• ~30 new patients/month (373 last year)
• Advanced technology: iTero, CBCT, Romexis Pano/3D, soft tissue laser
• PPO/FFS Practice
• Official dental provider for the University of Notre Dame Athletic Department

Compensation & Benefits

• 6-month guaranteed per diem ($900–$1,500/day) or 35% of net collections
• $1,500 annual CE allowance + free sponsored CE
