Full Time or Part time Associate Dentist | Greensboro, NC
A private dental group is seeking a General Dentist to join a well-established, high-performing practice with strong clinical support and room to grow.
Practice Highlights
- $1.2M+ in annual collections; ~$133K average monthly production
- 7 operatories, 4 hygienists, hygiene-driven practice
- Previous doctor retired — open to FT or PT
- Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule
- Advanced technology: iTero, CBCT, Laser
- PPO/FFS
- Excellent opportunity for growth and advanced procedures
Compensation & Benefits
- 6-month per diem ($900–$1,500/day) plus 35% of net collections
- $1,500 annual CE allowance
- Full health, vision, dental, LTD, STD plans; sign-on, relocation, and student loan assistance negotiable
Mentorship & Ownership
- Clinical mentorship in implants, endo, and Invisalign
- True path to ownership with equity buy-in and quarterly profit distributions
