Ohio Associate Dentist | Partnership Opportunity
A fast-growing, high-production dental practice just north of Cincinnati is seeking a General Dentist to join a collaborative team with advanced procedures, modern technology, and long-term growth potential.
Practice Highlights
- $5.7M in collections last year with a strong doctor-driven model (80% doctor / 20% hygiene)
- Rapid growth: 800+ new patients in the last 8 months
- 8 operatories with 4 additional operatories being added
- 3 doctors, 2 hygienists, and a supportive clinical team
- Currently offering implants with interest in expanding Invisalign and Botox
- Modern technology: iTero, Pano, 3 CEREC units
- Office updates and remodeling in progress
- PPO/FFS Practice
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling options
- Monday–Wednesday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (split shifts)
- Thursday: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- 6-month guaranteed per diem ($900–$1,500/day) or 35% of net collections (whichever is higher)
- $1,500 annual CE allowance + free sponsored CE
- Full health, vision, dental, LTD, STD plans; sign-on, relocation, and student loan assistance negotiable

Mentorship & Ownership
- Clinical mentorship in implants, Invisalign, and advanced procedures
- True path to ownership with equity buy-in and quarterly profit distributions
