Join a network of high-performing dental practices in the Dayton, Ohio area! We are seeking talented General Dentists to step into busy, growing offices with modern technology, supportive teams, and strong potential for long-term growth and ownership.

Practice Highlights

• Multiple offices with robust production and patient flow
  • Monthly collections ranging from ~$93K to $245K
  • Active patient bases growing rapidly; 600–70+ new patients per month
• 7–10 operatories per office (several adding additional operatories)
• Hygienist teams of 2–5 per location
• Fully equipped with advanced technology: iTero, CBCT, Pano
• PPO-focused practices with major insurance accepted
• Opportunities to provide advanced procedures including implants, Invisalign, and more
• Staffing needs due to retirements and nearby closures – strong patient demand

Compensation & Benefits

• 6-month guaranteed per diem ($900–$1,500/day) or 35% of net collections
• $1,500 annual CE allowance + free sponsored CE
• Full health, vision, dental, LTD, STD plans; sign-on, relocation, and student loan assistance negotiable

Mentorship & Ownership

• Access to mentor dentists for implants, endo, and Invisalign
• Path to ownership with equity buy-in and quarterly profit distributions
