DDS in Columbus, IN (1 hr south of Indy)
- on-going need until perm is found
Start: ASAP, looking for 3mo commitment
- 8am-4pm, M-Th
- Staff: 1.5 hyg, 2 EFDAs,
- GP has 4 chairs
- Required procedures – B/B is fine. Endo not required
- Updated tech
- They will be the only Gen DDS in the office. Oral surgeon in same office as well.
- *IN Medicaid required*
