This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am -5 pm
Setting: Dental Office
Procedures/Cases: General Dentistry
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Epic
Requirements: Active California State License Only, Provider Medicaid Requirements, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
