Associate Dentist
Partnership Track in Washington State
Position Highlights:

- Clinical Scope & Patient Mix: Bread-and-butter general dentistry: cleanings, fillings, sealants, crowns & bridges
- Implant dentistry: ~4 implants/month (not high-volume with mentorship from experienced provider since 2013)
- Advanced services: Cerec same-day crowns, Invisalign/SureSmile, endodontics
- Patient mix: primarily teens & adults; ~5–10% pediatrics; complex pediatric/behavioral cases referred out
- 6 operatories (2 dedicated hygiene, 2–3 for associate)
- Fully digital & cloud-based practice management system
- Advanced technology: CBCT, Cerec Primescan, iTero scanner, soft tissue laser, planned 3D printing
- Spacious office with private doctor offices and large staff break room
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Annual earning potential: $180K–$250K+
- Base: $800/day with increase to $1,200/day after 6 months
- Production: 32% of net monthly production (gross minus 10% adjustment)
- Sign-On: $10,000 ($5K start, $5K at 6 months)
- Relocation assistance included
- Student loan repayment: up to $1,000/month (production-based)
- CE allowance: $3,000 annually

Qualifications:
- Degree: DDS / DMD
- Licensure: Eligible for state dental licensure
- Open to new grads or experienced dentists
