We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our established practice in Superior, Colorado. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician looking to practice comprehensive, bread-and-butter dentistry while developing advanced clinical, treatment planning, and leadership skills within a highly supportive environment.

This is more than a typical associate position. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into future partnership and ownership within a successful doctor-led organization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Comprehensive general dentistry

• Restorative treatment, crown and bridge, extractions, removable prosthetics, and other bread-and-butter procedures

• Developing strong treatment planning and case acceptance skills

• Building long-term patient relationships

• Working within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is based on the greater of:

• 30%–35% of restorative collections (based on experience)

• 40% of hygiene collections

• Guaranteed daily rate

First-Year Guarantee:

• $800/day based on days worked

Additional Benefits:

• $5,000 relocation assistance

• 25–35 new patients per month

• Partnership opportunity available when mutually appropriate

• CE reimbursement up to $3,000 annually

• Reduced lab fees for clear aligner therapy

• Additional reimbursement opportunities for approved services

• Year 1: Three weeks PTO (excluding CE)

• Year 2+: Four weeks PTO with qualifying production levels

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 30-minute lunch daily

Mentorship & Professional Growth

• Comprehensive treatment planning

• Occlusion and clear aligner therapy
