This is more than a traditional associate role. The right candidate will have the opportunity to become a key part of a growing practice with a clear path toward future partnership and ownership.

What You'll Be Doing

The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry services while developing advanced treatment planning and leadership skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive general dentistry
• Restorative dentistry
• Crown and bridge procedures
• Extractions
• Removable prosthetics
• Treatment planning and case presentation
• Building long-term relationships with patients
• Delivering high-quality, patient-centered dental care
• Collaborating with an experienced clinical team

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is based on the greater of:

• 30%–35% of restorative collections (based on experience)
• 40% of hygiene collections
• Guaranteed daily rate

First-Year Guarantee

• $800/day guarantee based on days worked

Additional Benefits

• $5,000 relocation assistance
• 25–35 new patients per month

Time Off

• Year 1: Three weeks PTO (excluding CE)
• Year 2+: Four weeks PTO with qualifying production levels

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 30-minute lunch daily
