Partner Dentist Opportunity – Colorado Front Range
This is not an associate dentist position.
An established, doctor-owned, non–private equity dental platform in Colorado is selectively seeking a partner-level dentist interested in ownership, leadership, and long-term equity—not just clinical production.
This opportunity is designed for a high-performing dentist who is ready for the next stage of their career: leading a practice, building a team, and creating meaningful equity, without taking on the full risk of going completely solo. The structure offers the potential for significant long-term and generational wealth within a relatively short timeframe.
This is a deliberate, relationship-driven search. Fit and alignment matter far more than speed.

Compensation & Equity Structure
- Personal collections–based compensation with accelerated upside
- Equity-based profit distributions at the practice level
- Example: A 50% equity partner receives 50% of practice distributions
- Equity is valued pari passu with all partners
- Current equity values approximate ~8x EBITDA
- Practices are valued at group multiple from day one (average office ~160% of collections)
Illustrative Example:
A practice producing $1.8M annually may be valued at ~$3.6M as part of the larger group. A 50/50 partner purchasing 50% of the equity might invest approximately $800K, with that equity immediately valued at roughly $1.8M.
Financial alignment is designed to reward long-term commitment and performance. Specific financial details are shared only after mutual interest and alignment are established.
