Northern, CA (Indian Health Service/FQHC)
- Patients per day is at 11-14 but must be able to see at least 12 per day. They schedule 16 and it's rare all 16 show up.

- CA license required

- Extractions and general dentistry but complex Endo cases get shipped out
Start date is 30 days from offer for credentialing purposes but latest they will take for availability is March 2nd for a start date
- Mostly adults, but some kids. It's about a 75/35 split
- Client is looking for 6-months and open to permanent (if desired)
- Travel and lodging provided
